What's My Attachment Style?
A short, non-diagnostic self-reflection quiz exploring how you tend to show up in close relationships — secure, anxious, avoidant, or disorganized.
This is an educational self-reflection tool, not a clinical diagnosis or a substitute for professional advice. If you're struggling, please consider talking to a licensed mental health professional.
Attachment theory, developed from decades of research on how early relationships shape our expectations of closeness, describes four broad patterns in how people tend to relate to others: secure, anxious, avoidant, and disorganized. Nobody fits one style perfectly or permanently — most people lean toward one pattern more with certain people, or under certain kinds of stress, and styles genuinely can shift with new experience (including a good relationship, or therapy).
Answer based on how you actually tend to respond, not how you wish you responded. There’s no “best” score to get — the point is noticing your own pattern clearly enough to work with it, if you want to.
